Quality-by-Design President Brian Palmquist was invited by the Ontario Association of Architects to present an overview of quality management for architects at their May 2010 Annual Conference in Windsor, Ontario. He demonstrated several paper and electronic tools built around Quality-Works.net as the keystone of a quality management system for architects.
