Service and Support
There are four types of support available to Quality-Works.net® subscribers:
1. Help system - each computer screen in Quality-Works.net® has a "Help" button in the upper right corner. Click on that word to open up a help screen that addresses the use of the specific screen. The help screens are printable.
2. Updates + Support Site - Using our own Quality-Works.net® application, we have created an "Updates and Support" site to which Subscribers are granted "read/write" access. You can login anytime to check for updates and support information. We use Quality-Works.net® Actions to provide support, which include posted comments back and forth and between subscribers.
3. Email direct - You can initiate an inquiry using our Contact Form.
4. Telephone - While e-mail is preferred and often quicker, you can phone +1604-786-8908 for assistance between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Pacific Time Monday to Friday. Ask for Brian Palmquist.
